With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, I’ve had the privilege of seeing projects from all angles. Whether as a contractor, design consultant, project manager, real estate developer, end-user, or now as an entrepreneur, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what it takes to bring a project to life. These roles have taught me two key lessons: the importance of truly understanding project goals from the end-user’s perspective and the critical role of effective communication.
